Shop For Funds programme T & C's

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The ‘Shop For Funds’ programme is open to primary schools or their PTA and registered preschools/playgroups in the UK only.
  2. Registration must be made by the 6th November 2015 and by emailing shopforfunds@kidsinstyle.co.uk stating the required valid UK registered charity number. Click here for details. Kids In Style is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected registrations.
  3. If your application is approved, Kids In Style will contact you and provide you with a unique promo code and with sample signage, email and social media texts you can use to promote Shop For Funds to your school community. You agree that you will not use the signage, or the Kids In Style name and logo, except to promote your school's participation in Shop For Funds, and you will not list Kids In Style as a sponsor or donor, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests Kids In Style is a school sponsor.
  4. The ‘Shop For Funds’ programme takes place 23rd November 2015 through to 24th December 2015.
  5. During the above shopping period, Kids In Style will donate 15% of the merchandise total of every order placed online at Kids In Style back to your organisation using the unique promo code at checkout. (Pretty cool!) Only orders with your school's designated promo code will be counted towards the final total.
  6. The total merchandise sales amount on which the school or PTA will receive funds excludes any clearance items and shipping/delivery costs.
  7. Kids In Style does not give fundraising updates while Shop For Funds is under way, but we will send an email to your designated contact within 1-2 weeks after the programme ends to let you know how much you raised. Money earned from the ‘Shop for Funds’ programme will be made available from January 2016 and given by cheque only. A cheque will be written out in the name of the registered school or PTA only. Cheques will not be made out to a third party (or parties) or to an individual’s name. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. We request that all schools send us an email documenting the receipt of their school's cheque.
  8. Responsibility lies with the registered school/PTA/preschool/playgroup in the arrangement of banking their cheque. Kids In Style accept no responsibility for cheques that are lost, misplaced or delayed.
  9. The ‘Shop For Funds’ programme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer(s). Only one promo code per order.
  10. A list of participating schools, PTA’s and preschools/playgroups will be available on the Kids In Style Blog.
  11. The use of a false names, or PTA group, or any other misrepresentation of registration information will result in disqualification.
  12. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  13. Kids In Style/Kids In Style Limited reserve the right to withdraw, amend or alter the terms of this programme at any time and without notice.
