Very small orders that would fit through a standard sized letter box will also be delivered using Royal Mail's first class service.

Republic of Ireland and Rest of Europe/World
We despatch items ordered by you as they are available.

Cost of postage and shipment to the Republic of Ireland and the rest of Europe by Royal Mail Airmail is £5.00.

We aim to deliver in stock items within 5 working days if you order before midday Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

To the rest of the world expect delivery anywhere up to 10 days. Cost of postage and shipment to the rest of the world is £11.50.

Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU
Goods despatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If there are any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.

General Information
We will send orders to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect.

Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

Orders received before 12noon on a work day will be processed the same day. We do not despatch on Bank Holidays or weekends. Please allow extra time for dispatch during our busiest times – such as the start of the new season, September, Christmas and the New Year.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting for your return.

This is subject to the following conditions:
You are responsible for returning the item to us
You will be responsible for the costs of return(unless the item is faulty).

The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its original packaging.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges).

Faulty Goods
We try to ensure all goods are in perfect condition before dispatching, however in the unlikely event the goods are faulty we will refund you the cost of the goods plus any charges you incur in returning the goods. Goods should be returned to us by the chaepest method available.

This policy does not affect your legal rights.
