Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Kids In Style

We hope you enjoy your purchase. In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty you must contact us within 8 working days of receiving the parcel.

Visit the Kids In Style website, click on "My Account" and login. Then click on the "Complete Orders" link, select the order and click the "Return Item(s)" link. Once we receive and process the returned item(s) we will notify you via email of your refund.

If you wish to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, we will be happy to send you the new size freight free.

We are pleased to offer a full refund on any unworn items, returned to us in its original condition and in its original packaging with labels/tags still attached, provided they are returned within 30 days from receipt. With the exception of faulty items (you received an incorrect or defective item) or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for the returns postage and the costs associated with this.

We recommend you obtain a proof of posting receipt from your post office or courier in case for whatever reason your return parcel fails to reach us.

You should expect to receive your refund anytime up to 7 days from the date we receive your package from the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return (we usually process the return on the day of receipt) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request and for the transaction to appear on your account (3-5 business days). Refunds are paid via Pay Pal or Stripe and paid directly to the original account from which payment was taken.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world!

Standard UK Delivery, £3.50

We aim to dispatch items ordered by you as they are available on the same day if you order before 14:00 GMT Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery is via Royal Mail's Signed For™ 2nd Class service; which aim to deliver within 2-3 working days including Saturdays. If someone is not present to sign for your parcel when it arrives, it could be taken to your local sorting or post office and a card will be left informing you of when and where you can go to collect it. Please note that this is not a fully trackable service; only confirmation of delivery. Contact us if you require to follow the journey of your item; in which case we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed™. The 13-digit tracking reference number provided by Royal Mail will be updated to your order between 2-3 hours after it has been processed. To track your parcel, use Track and Trace on the Royal Mail website.

If the packaged order will fit through a standard size letterbox, it will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Mail.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

If your order is required urgently please contact us or use Next Day UK Delivery. If it is not possible to get the goods to you by the date requested we will contact you to let you know.

Next Day UK Delivery, £7.50

UK next day delivery is available with Royal Mail's Next Day Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™ on the next working day for orders placed by 15:00 GMT Monday to Friday and by 09:00 GMT on Saturday for Monday delivery (excluding bank holidays).

This service is not available for orders placed on UK bank holidays or when Kids in Style is closed (i.e. annual leave or Christmas shutdown).

Standard EU Delivery, £10.00

We are happy to fulfil orders overseas, where local import duties and taxes may be payable on receipt*.

We dispatch items, ordered by you as they are available, using Royal Mail's International Track and Sign services; which aim to deliver within 3-7 business days if you place your order by 12:00 GMT Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). If your order should weigh over 2kg, it will be separated and shipped in two (or more, if applicable) separate parcels. Please refer to your packing slip(s) to identify which items were shipped with each parcel.

The 13-digit tracking reference number provided by Royal Mail will be updated to your order between 2-3 hours after it has been processed. To track your parcel, use Track and Trace on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery to the Rest of the World, £20.00

We are happy to fulfil orders overseas, where local import duties and taxes may be payable on receipt*.

We dispatch items, ordered by you as they are available, using Royal Mail's International Track and Sign services which aim to deliver worldwide within 5-10 business days. If your order should weigh over 2kg, it will be separated and shipped in two (or more, if applicable) separate parcels. Please refer to your packing slip(s) to identify which items were shipped with each parcel.

The 13-digit tracking reference number(s) provided by Royal Mail will be updated to your order between 2-3 hours after it has been processed. To track your parcel, use Track and Trace on the Royal Mail website.

*Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the UK

Goods dispatched to countries outside of the UK may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If there are any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.
